After introducing Harry Wolfman to Purp & Soul’s label with a remix on their Fame 3000 EP, Harry is poised to take centre stage with the landing of the fourth release on the growing Manchester label. The four track release features two originals and two remixes from Futureboogie’s innovative Behling & Simpson and Purp & Soul’s own young-gun Mark Wells.

The original ‘Feel My Love’ swirls around a infectious vocal hook, the tubed bass riding below smooth chords and well thought out percussion. With the remix Behling & Simpson do what they do best and take it downtempo, the drums swinging in their infectious style amidst a sustained bass and a wash of synths, a truly melodic masterpiece from start to end.

Secrets is a seductive b-side and features Harry’s own soft vocals and collaborating with his good friend LG on the production. Harry marks his territory with the percussion and the chords fueling the energy. Mark Wells adds his own stamp on the remix with a touch more attitude, stripping back the original to it’s undergarments, no secrets here.

Steadily riding through 2012, Harry Wolfman is creating a mark of his own on the electronic music scene in the UK. He has managed to find a unique sound amongst a thriving population of producers and with interest coming in thick and fast, you’ll be hearing a lot of this young talent in the coming months.
